Returns & Exchanges

Care & Maintenance

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to sulfur compounds in air and moisture. To minimize tarnish: store pieces in an airtight pouch or box, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and keep away from humidity. Regular, gentle cleaning with a soft silver cloth restores the original shine.
For light cleaning, use a soft silver polishing cloth. For deeper cleaning, mix a small amount of mild dish soap in warm water, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry immediately. Avoid abrasive materials. For intricate pieces like idols or pooja items, we recommend professional polishing once a year.
