At Shree Gulab Chandi, every piece is inspected and packed with care before dispatch. We accept returns only in the case of a wrong item delivered or a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival. No returns or refunds are accepted for any other reason.

When Returns Are Accepted

We only accept a return or replacement in the following two cases:

  • Wrong product received — the item delivered does not match your order.
  • Defective or damaged product — the item arrived broken, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect.

In all other cases — including change of mind, personal preference, or size — returns and refunds are not accepted.

How to Report

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging:

  2. 2. Share your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
  3. 3. Our team will verify the claim and respond within 24 hours with next steps.
  4. 4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide a return address. The item must be in original packaging, unused and unaltered.

Resolution

Upon verification, we will dispatch the correct item or a replacement at no extra cost. Return shipping for approved cases is covered by us. No cash refund is issued unless a replacement is not possible.

Not Accepted

  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preference
  • Returns reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Custom or personalised orders
