At Shree Gulab Chandi, every piece is inspected and packed with care before dispatch. We accept returns only in the case of a wrong item delivered or a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival. No returns or refunds are accepted for any other reason.

When Returns Are Accepted
We only accept a return or replacement in the following two cases:
- Wrong product received — the item delivered does not match your order.
- Defective or damaged product — the item arrived broken, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect.
In all other cases — including change of mind, personal preference, or size — returns and refunds are not accepted.
How to Report
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging:

- 2. Share your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
- 3. Our team will verify the claim and respond within 24 hours with next steps.
- 4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide a return address. The item must be in original packaging, unused and unaltered.
Resolution
Upon verification, we will dispatch the correct item or a replacement at no extra cost. Return shipping for approved cases is covered by us. No cash refund is issued unless a replacement is not possible.
Not Accepted
- Returns due to change of mind or personal preference
- Returns reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Custom or personalised orders
